How do I make a quarts crystal resonator to oscillate between 40-44kHz using a pulsed square wave AC with high voltage low current?

Geo no offense but I wonder if you've tried Googling. For instance you could enter "how set frequency quartz crystal resonator" Of course sl diff wordings will give sl diff results
