Howard and Sons Armchair

I have a Striped (Blue, red, yellow) Howard and Sons armchair. Looks like cotton or linen cover. Down stuffed vertical cushion, unsure of other upholstery or seat cushion stuffing. No tears although showing slight signs of wear (shiny with slight marks on piping) on left hand arm as you look at seat front on. I have tried to photograph it. Any idea of value for insurance or what someone would pay for it if I sold it (doesn't suit the rest of the house and was given by a relative)

It is also quite heavy, I would estimate around 30KG
