Wondering if anyone can please help me with these particular clues, they are really stumping me;
89d Uplifting (E?A??ING)
106a strong string (??B?E) l do have an answer being CABLE but then with the down clue l would have a C before the ING, and l cannot find anything in my search that matches up. Thank you in advance.

I don't have the puzzle or the clues, but I suggest you check that B in 106a because EXALTING and TWINE come to mind.

Thank you James34, my husband is also called James and all through the majority of our married life my husband has taken over the cooking of the Christmas turkey. Will check my mag ,when l can find it, it being put out of the way during the festive time, but l think l know where it is. Hope you had a good day yesterday, we did but it is still flippin raining.
