ok. so i have been using internet alot lately. and when i talk to my friends, many times i forget what i was going to say and at home, i keep forgetting what i was going to do. is it because i used my computer and smartphone too much? im really worried...im only 14!!

It means you need to focus more on the task at hand and not on what might be happening on the internet.
If you think you use the devices too much, take a break from them or limit your time on them to a few hours a day.
