from latin alphabet to hebrew alphabet

(sorry for my english, I am french)

maybe it's late, but I am going tomorrow to a jewish wedding and I would like to write sentences in yiddish and the greeting card but:
- I don't find them in the hebrew alphabet
- I would like the plural ones (I think "zoltsu" is a singular?)

The sentences are:

Zoltsu zayn gezùnt un shtark un raykh un freylekh. Zolstu derlebn tsu firn dayne kinder un kindskinder tsu der khupe.

Could you please sent me the plural forms in the hebrew alphabet?
