Insurance Co. correction

car accident....

A lady came through an intersection, paid one citation in the courtroom, was
at fault.
There were 2 tickets listed on the police report......but was corrected at the
police dept and her insurance co., that the lady paid one only one.

The lady who was not at fault was notified of the mistake on the police report.

Could this lady who was not at fault and her insurance co be held responsible
for any mistakes on the police report, if it was corrected and her insurance co
was notified of the mistakes made ?
