Does Asian culture influence the way people use technology?

Other then a general statement that any technology is simply a reflection of a culture I really can not say. But we will soon find out. china is developing into the largest world market, a position now held by the United States. The choices and demands of the largest market tends to shape technology to meet its demands and needs' others must follow along. Just as Europeans in the 20th century found that they had to adjust to American technologies and the demands of the American market, the west in the 21 century will find its self adjusting to Chinese demands.
