I noticed that Facebook wont load when I want to sign in.
While clicking direct from bar I only can see blank browser site without any warnings. If I maualy writing address it also wont sign me in so screen in browser become soon only white without warning message..
I have reinstalled browsers, check computer against malware etc, DNS fixing but still don"t know what is going on because all other sites I see perfect.
Actually I can browse on same wi fi connection with my smart phone.
Can somebody help me please?

Since you can get in with your phone, you're not banned. But are you using the same IP address on both the phone app and the desktop app? Perhaps you are on an IP which is being blocked by Facebook, but the phone is showing up under a different IP.
Try contacting your ISP and having them change your IP address - at least to just rule it out as a possibility.
