FINDaWORD Competition, CHEESE. Inside back page. I have 'GRATED SLICED ???? STICKS. Please could someone fill in the 4 blanks. Appreciation as always.

After a lot of looking at the grid l too came up with OR IN,Does not look right or even sound right, does anybody have knowledge of what it actually means.

It just means that cheese can be grated, or sliced, or in sticks.
I agree that it does sound a bit odd.
