I am trying to locate a cousin who I believe may be in a nursing home as he is 93 now and my mail to him came back at Christmas. He is in the Madison, wi area. No way to find a phone # with everyone having a cell phone. Any ideas would be appreciated. His daughter works for the UW hospital.
