Usually when a column is highlighted & CUT on doaing right click the "Insert Cut Cells" is available for selection. But in my excel it is greyed out. But it is available from the Menu option. Please help.

Could be that when you "cut" a column, you have to insert a column. If you have an individual cell selected, you can't "insert cut cells" a column.
