i want to make an archive system for our groups news on internet but I want me and my friends have access on it , I want it on cloud to bring it with my self every where how can I do it ?

Create a cloud-based website and use it for that purpose.

DMS
administration permission
easy search in the archive with KEY word
access for all members
can you help me ?
