How can I set it up to send an automated welcome message to all new followers. I have spent so much time trying to figure it out and can't. Can you give me up to date step by step instructions. Any help would be most welcome!

There is a website called IFTTT that let's you set up little scripts. It could probably handle something like that. It is kind of a cool idea... but I haven't found any good use for it right now.
