Equality of Race and Culture: Equality of Individuals or Personal Autonomy
Equality of the individual within global society is not a mere extension of racial and cultural equality, it is quite different. The only way to protect and preserve race and culture, the one is a part of the other, is within autonomous geographical areas such as the nation state. If the Han Chinese and Tibetans are two cultures that should be treated as equal, then the annexation of Tibet by China was immoral. Especially with the migration of Chinese into Tibet, which can only result as was no doubt intended, in the Tibetans being overwhelmed or at least their culture and race diluted. The same consideration applies across the world in numerous places. In Britain a peaceful influx of millions of people from abroad is having the same effect, and the moral issue is whether Britain has decided that its traditional race and culture is defunct or not.
Equality of the individual within the global society is a recipe for anarchism. It quite essentially degrades the local society and culture, and can only consider the global race and culture, if any exists. It is not anarchism as between one society and another, because only one would exist globally. It is anarchism because implicitly the individual has no focus for his own culture, other than a random and ephemeral group that might exist on the internet [in modern terms]. He will not actually live within a society and be responsible to it, and it to him, but will exist as afloat where the whim takes him and where probable malign influences cause him to go. At worst it brings chaos which is the destruction of anything that signifies society.
