Motor cyclist rides two hours to hospital with knife in head

A Canadian story on the blog Youmotorcycle had a story of a man who was stabbed in the head with a knife and supposedly rode for two hours to the nearest hospital where he survived its removal. Do you know if there is any truth to this story?
