For equal opportunity to exist, you must have a system based entirely on individual merit

I feel like this would obliterate the racism that exists, in terms of equal opportunity. For this to occur, you would need state sponsored education systems that are 100% free and where you are only placed based on your inherent intellectual potential, determined from when you are a young age.

To deal with issues of Classicism based on intellectual ability leading to overall success and access to opportunity, you can have a test challenge system that allows hard workers to reach the same level as others who have been born with greater intellectual ability. At the same time, you would have the reverse which would limit success and opportunity, if these individuals aren't able to pass the tests that qualify them for the opportunities they had when they first wrote the test.

If you had such a system, a lot of white boys would find themselves out of a job. You cannot jump into the middle of a social system and expect to tinker it into success. Without economic equality and opportunity, your educational system will continue to be a prey of racism.

Equal opportunity exists if your daddy has $100,000,000 or so in the bank. Otherwise you have to search through the leftover chicken **** like most U S citizens.
