In the UK and the US in public exams, which decide whose English is better among native English speakers and who can get into uni, what would the exam papers be about? Reading, writing, speaking, listening or what? What are the example questions? What websites can give me the information I need?

In Britain, various "examining boards" set examinations. One such is Cambridge International Examinations. The level for university entrance is the "A level".
