service problems with alphazxt folks

I was really hoping for a bit of a brain boost, so I ordered the 5 bottle "deal". After getting my order, my son and I both took the product. I have had no results and he "felt like he had had coffee" Upon trying unsuccessfully 12 times to get a return authorization, lets just say my frustration and disappointment is growing daily. Since the don't answer the phone because it is always busy, or e-mails, I'm thinking it is a scam. Don't get me wrong here , I ran a healthfood store and have used supplements over the years to some good success. The customer "service" seems non-existant when it comes to anything but taking your money.
