Why are women today allowing men to just lay up on them for free without having to work?

I know some that are. I dont considered being a stay at home slacking, that is contributing to the family, but I know women who dont expect their man to work and they are not taking care of kids. Usually it has to do with not believing that the guy has decent job opportunities.

Since women want trophy husbands, I guess.
