Former Senator Honey Bunny is easy. Winslow seems quite conservative. I don't understand if Carmen works for HB or is a member of the media.

Ah, Carmen (this is the
Prickly City comic) is intended to just be the voice of the conservative voter. Winslow is technically supposed to be the voice of the liberal voter but you're right; he's conservative, too. The artist/writer is conservative, and it shows in the writing.
