I have to make a dual blackboard like the one here,

Can someone help about the parts i need to make one of the board to move up and down. Also, how does it stays up without moving down?

@bakenoor,
I couldn't get your link to work, but I am going to assume you are talking about the vertical sliding chalkboards used in some classrooms.
If so, these pages might give you an idea of what is needed.

They appear to operate along the same principal as a double hung window.
