Life is easier with a smile

I would love a tattoo saying life is easier with a smile but I still haven't had a confirmation that my translation is correct. The translation I have found is 'facilious est vitae risus' I have been told by one person it's correct, and wrong by another.. I have also been given several other translations but I don't like the look of them, could anyone help please? I would like to know what my translation means exactly, and any other versions of this.
