BTW I love walking around the restaurant equipment store near my house. It's a great place to find inspriation, and things you might discover you'd like to have at your house are much cheaper than if you ran across them at a retail store.
Also makes you realize how much some items cost a restaurant that we just take for granted. Like those diner napkin holders or little bowls for condiments, shot glasses, etc.
It gives me the same sense of satisfaction as walking around a stationary store.
