Hello A2K'ers,
Given that the above can be indicative of general health (or at least one's discipline in trying to maintain it) I would be interested in how others fair; I'm thinking of improving them as I approach old age!
1) Diet: pretty much exclusively brown rice, white fish, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, almost no booze, almost no sweets, no prepared food, no fast food, no frozen food, no restaurant food, no dairy, no coffee, no tea, no pop, no tobacco, no sugar.
2) Exercise: was doing OK with long walks, until the last seven years when my teaching career impinged on this, so not much of anything now.
3) Supplements: vitamin D & probiotics, that's all these days but years ago I took a multi-vitamin.
4) Sleep Patterns: pretty consistent early to bed early to rise cycle, except on weekends & holidays when I tend to drift into a late to bed late to rise cycle (my natural inclination).
How 'bout you?
@Chumly,
Good question, I'll respond manana.
