Does anyone recognize these marks in this mosaic glass art vase?

I don't know if this is purely decorative... The markings closest resemble Harrach, but Harrach didn't do stained glass like this. I also thought Fenton bc you can kind of see an F... Stand 5" high x 5" wide.
