I'm looking for a movie title in which there is a conversation between to men.
The scene is in a house on a US marine base ( i think around the '60). A white man and a black man sit around a dinner table, with two ladies. The white man proposes a toast and. "To us" the black man answers "and those like us" "which are damn few" and it ends with "and they are all dead".
I might not have gotten the text completly right, but i hope it gives enough clues to get me the tittle. The 2 men are pretty well known acteurs, but i have no clue on their names.
Thx in advance
@Pvdj446,
The quote sounds like a corruption of the old Scottish toast ‘Here’s tae us, Wha’s like us, Damn few, And they’re a’ deid, Mair’s the pity,’
The only movie I've found that uses the quote is Act Of Valor - but I've never seen it.
