This winter my skin has flared up with the worst case of eczema I ve ever had. While I ve been itchy all over my abdomen, back, arms, etc, I ve noticed a serious itch in my right breast. It also is a bit larger than the other, and feels much more fluid to the touch. My other breast is the same size for now, and is a little more firm, as they've always been. I also get a dull pain, usually in both from time to time, but lately it s solely in my right. Is it cancer? Should i go to a doctor? Should i be worried?

See your doctor ASAP. I doubt it's cancer but only a doctor can sort that out for you. If you are feeling as if there is a fluid bubble or sac, you want to make sure it's not an infection. Always seek treatment early, waiting to see if it gets better is a bad gamble.
