@monecakaiser,
Laminate/Engineered flooring and waterproof flooring are the best flooring methods available in the market.

I suggest you to choose epoxy paint and sealed concrete. Both are the best options for waterproof flooring for basements.

I would suggest you to choose waterproof flooring for basements because it is easily available and no any harmful effects.

Concrete flooring is the best choice for me, it's waterproof and you can't damage it, it's easy to maintenance too.

First, you will need to determine how well your flooring will have to hold up moisture. Concrete is the simplest and least expensive options for finishing a basement.

Choosing waterproof flooring for basements requires you to consider different factors as opposed to other areas of the home. Basements are prone to excess moisture, making for a sometimes damp environment or even water damage. This means a waterproof basement floor is the best choice for easy maintenance.

@shrutig,
Hello Shrutig,
Yes, you are right. Basement requires water proof floors that can resist moisture. You can install epoxy floor coating over concrete floor as this provides moisture free, non-skid and waterproof flooring. Also it is durable.
