I ordered 1 timberland boots from a site, But it's stuck on customs for over 1 month. And I can not contact the seller, Will i lost my money? What should I do ?

Contact your bank to put a stop payment on the check or credit card purchase.

So how were you scammed by the web site? You ordered boots, they shipped them to you. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. How is it a "scam" on their part that customs seized your order?
