I've heard people use the term defrag/defragment as basically meaning to unwind and let your mind extricate a negative feeling or influence that has some power over you. Anyone else hear this?

@shua,
The only use I've ever heard of defrag is as a verbal shorthand for defragmenting a computer disk. Not that it's now okay to spell disc as disk.

I have never heard either term used as you suggest.
