An angel's grace?

I'm writing a short story about angels and demons. I have decided not to capitalize these words, as they are the names of species, comparable to the word "human". In this story, angels have "grace", which is their source of power, not unlike a soul. Should "grace" be capitalized? Grace or grace? As neither this word nor the equivalent used to represent a demon's power are used in a traditional sense (the definitions only loosely apply), I am unsure what to do.

@mpope,
If you say it's like a soul, which you haven't capitalized, I wouldn't for grace either.

What word are you using for the demons power? Just curious.

@chai2,
That seems fair. I had that thought as well, but it makes me feel better to know someone else came to the same conclusion.

I'm not completely sure what word I'm using for the demons' power, but the tentative one I have now is "aura".

I agree with chai. Keep it lower case.
