Who is the Victim?

I post this topic on one of my blog. This is real and is happening in day-to-day life in places such as Myanmar, Thailand, Isreal, Kashmir, Pakistan and many more. The forces cannot distinguished between civilians and naxalites, terrorist and populist. The boy shot dead four armed personals in an act of self defense. This is just a do and die situation. Aint he shoot them, he will be shoot at!
