In a commercial building. The wall is 68 feet long and 10 feet high.
I need to calculate the cost of the sheetrock and the cost of the 1-hour fire rated wall as a whole. It is typical metal stud framing.
Can someone explain how to cost estimate a fire rated wall and what other details make a fire rated wall?
