Did you get an order confirmation or notice that the item had been shipped? Have you contacted the company and asked them to track the company?

Asking if it is a serious company is something you should investigate before the purchase transaction, not after. If you are in doubt, contact your bank or credit card company to stop payment.

If you paid with Credit Card or PayPal. Those folks will assist you. If you sent Western Union, check, or other unsecured, You may be out of luck.
