No judging here, but in my opinion I feel as if the parents are giving up due to the stress on the country and/or state they're in, but why bring a kid into LIFE if you, yourself are not ready yet? OPINIONs (-:
Maybe it's from making a bunch of thoroughly unfounded and unsupported assumptions and assertions.
