Keep having a dream where I kill my best friends

A little while ago I had a dream were I was forced to kill my best friends.... I shrugged it off after the first time but then it happened again. About two months later I told my friends cause they saw that I was acting strange and I've had the dream almost everytime I go to sleep since.... I've looked up what this dream means and it says I'm afraid of something ending with all my friends in the dream like my friendship with them or something..... But I'm not... Please tell me what this dream means and maybe how to stop having it... Thanks!!
