I tried Legal Aid but they don't handle intentional tort cases. I really can't afford an attorney. I did hear you can represent yourself in court but what I really can't seem to find out is getting the papers together for court. The person I want to sue has moved but I do know where she lived so is there some kind of paper that I can get from the court enabling me to go to the landlord and get this ladies employment information? Another question, well it's a little complicated, proof is on the inside of me so I need to have a couple of tests done either at the doctors or hospital and normally you see a doctor when you are sick and if tests are needed then they order them this however is for a legal issue so does anyone out there know how I can go about getting this done?
