Boost Post

Hello,I use page manager for my business.I once used boost post but there's a problem now.At first time,I boosted post and i thought it will start within a minute.But it didnt start.So,i reported a priblem but the post is boosted after 15minute.After 4days,the facebook mailed me that My visa card payment is stopped because they think there were problem or like someone is using mine.But actually there was not.I am just worried too much.For now,i need to expend my business and so i need to boost post.So when will i get back my chance.Now I am reporting about it everyday.What should I do??PLEASE HELP.
