Relatives know I get teased, but say they don't think I do.

Whenever I'm in the stores with my relatives I will sometimes see people looking at me giggling and laughing. I will also hear them say "she looks ugly and why does she look like that". Sometimes my relatives will even see the person making fun of me. Then when I tell them I get teased they say no you don't. What do you call this type of behavior from my relatives?
