Is this a good long board?

So I've decided to take up long boarding, I don't want to do tricks or go down massive hills or anything of the sort, I simply just want to cruise and ride around. So this will be my first long board and it is seriously cheap ($60) and was just wondering whether It's good quality though? Thank you!
