Microbiology careers for H4 dependents

Hi, I have a Masters degree in Medical Microbiology from the UK. Currently I am in the US on H4 dependent visa as my husband works in an IT company in Chicago. What are the areas I can work ? Any information regarding the companies that sponsor work visas will be really appreciated. Dependents are not allowed to work in the US, if anyone knows what else can be under such circumstances or has similar experience, do share it.
