If someone says to you with intention to insult you and he know you are Slavic and uses insult like this:
"You are little Slavic kid who is not loved by his parents."
It actually doesn't insults Slavs directly butwhy would you put culture group in insult if you don't think bad about it?

Probably not - it's just a nasty insult but I don't think it's specifically against your nationality and culture.
And, does it really matter?

True. One can replace "slavic" with any culture or race, but the put down is the same.
