For the past few hours, I've been hearing a beeping noise. It's low and seems to be electronic. It also beeps twice with the same pitch. I've been up all night looking for the source. It all leads up to be outside. All the vehicles are locked and this is the first night I have heard them in the first place. I do not have tinnitus.

When I experienced that, it turned out to be a low battery in one of my smoke alarms. It was like a chirping noise every few minutes.
Worth checking it out....

we had a carbon monoxide detector installed in the basement.
loud chirp every minute or so.
we can hear it just fine from the second floor...
