Ukrainian recent elections

Well, no matter which way you look at it, but obviously Ukrainian recent elections could not put an end to civil confrontation, existed not only in the south-east, but also in the center and the west of current Ukraine. Why? The answer is extremely simple. All their attempts to get rid of hateful dominance of local oligarchs in Ukrainian society (including the country's leadership, of course!) have led nowhere. The team of the same corrupted oligarchs, headed by well-known confections baron, P. Poroshenko, gave place to hateful Yanukovich regime. So what? Real wash! So why did Ukrainians engineer the so-called Maidan at all, I wonder? Maybe, in such a way they have simply planned to solve their constant gas problems with Russians... at the expense of our European countries, eh?
