Make A Halter Top:
Needed:
Tee Shirt
Scissors
Needle & Thread
Directions:
Cut off the sleeves at the seam. Cut down the shirt and make a V-Neck. Cut off one inch of the shoulders. Turn the shirt over (on the back side) and cut out a rectangle. Hem any raw edges under with needle and thread. Take the sleeves that you cut off, and cut down one seam on each sleeve. You should have two long rectangles. Cut each sleeve into a long rectangle (these are the straps of the halter top). Sew the triangles to the shoulders of the halter.
