I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4 months - interviewed at Deloitte LLP in July 2013.
Interview Details – Hiring was for Workday.
Initial Interview took place in July. Consisted of 5 rounds.
Round 1: Technical - General questions on my previous work, nothing that really qualified as too technical as I was previously from a java background
Round 2: Video Conference with DC Head - Standard Interview where I was asked questions about my previous work and also why the role at Deloitte
Round 3: Aptitude Test : Standard aptitude test. I would rate it at Medium Level Difficulty.
Round 4: Versant Test : This is where you have to repeat phrases and answer questions over the phone to an Interactive System. It rates you on clarity and speed of speech.
Round 5: Listening & Reading Test : Listening test was about hearing clips and answering questions related to them, while reading was standard comprehensive passage type questions
Round 6: Interview with Senior Level Manager : Pretty similar to Round 2
Hospitality during Interview process was excellent. I have rarely seen any company take such good care of interview candidates
After these, I was kept on a wait for a few weeks. Finally they got back to me with an offer.
Interview Question – Be prepared to answer questions on your previous work. Also, Deloitte pays maximum importance to communication skills. Good communication skills can get you through the interview process with ease. View Answers (4)
Negotiation Details – Was offered a salary on par with my expectation.
if part of your role would involve communication with North America, it seems you will need to do well on the Versant test
