Click Justice.. Anyone?

I'm pretty sure many of you are not ignorant of the fact that there are many pending cases in court and it takes years for a case to be resolved. Point is, there's a whole new bunch of online platforms sprouting everywhere to help people resolve their cases. Let's take for example the case of alternative dispute resolution that promises to be a cheaper, easier and faster option than suing someone in court like eQuibbly, Modria.. etc. Point is, given the security issues we hear often and hackers on the Web -- would you trust your confidential information to be handled in these virtual courtrooms instead?

Let the argument begin (and let's keep it healthy too).
