My Birthday Present To Myself

I am a little old for ice cream, cake and parties, so I plan to spend the day rehearsing and recording with my band, the thing besides my family that gives me the greatest pleasure.

My birthday present to myself and what I am asking squinney is that I am going to ignore the news completely for one day, and have a 24 hour period where I don't hear or read of any brutality, rape, torture, war or killing, and where I don't need to subject myself to the ramblings and rantings of homocidal maniacs and the people who support them.

I'm sure it will all be waiting for me tomorrow.

Oh yeah, and I'm going to take the kids to the mall and shop for Mothers Day. Very Happy

I plan on having two scoops of chocolate ice cream, a thick slice of cake, and a hell of a party when I turn 92 next week.

And, yes, there will be strippers present.

Happy birthday BPB! I plan on sitting alone and brooding tomorrow, as my mother died yesterday. Just kidding....she died from ecstasy from a dinner I did for the family, and some out of town guests.
