I'd go back to the company and ask for guidance. Don't you mean customers or clients? This isn't making sense if they want this about employees (unless, they want it from both).

Only they can set the parameters. How can you or they expect to fulfill this need if they don't define them for you?

Consider a power point presentation that can run during shows. Put music or artwork between each interview.

Do you mean customers rather than employees. Unless your employees are also recipients of the organization's services, they receive no help from it.

If you mean customers, you could ask the organization for any thank you letters or other kudos employees of the organization have received in recognition of service excellence. Also collect any media articles that have been written about the services offered by the organization.

Select several of those to highlight in your short video. Film interviews with both the employee and customer and insert film of your facilities that relate to the subject.
