Electric Field Question (far too easy)

There are two sheets of charge with uniform charge densities of;

r+= +6.8 μC/m^2
r- = -4.3 μC/m^2

The question is extremely easy that it asks only the Electric Field in between, to the left and right.

I am a college student and the professor uses some formulas that has integral in them, I am not sure if those formulas can be used in this question by the way but if they can, please explain me using them.
